Smoothie time! Don't you just love the layered effect :)
Fresh spinach from my garden, frozen organic spinach, organic blueberries, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, freshly ground linseeds (I use my old coffee grinder), half a green apple, a small banana, plantbased protein powder, a teaspoon of spirulina powder, a splash of oak/almond milk and water. That should keep you going to dinner. x
